🏁 MERP Race Weekend at Stoke Run – 5/22–5/25

The MidEast Racing Series comes to Stoke Run for a full weekend of dirt-fueled madness! Whether you’re chasing points, cash, or just that sweet post-race adrenaline, you don’t want to miss this one.

📅 Weekend Itinerary

  • Thursday–Friday: Moto open from 12PM – 8PM ($30/day)
  • Saturday:
    • Gates Open: 10:30AM – 9:00PM
    • Open Practice: 11:00AM – 5:00PM ($30)
    • Early Registration: 5:00PM – 8:00PM
  • Sunday – RACE DAY!
    • Gates Open: 6:30AM
    • Sign-Up Opens: 7:00AM and stays open all day
    • Racing Begins: 8:00AM

  • 8:00 AM: Pit Bike Classes
  • 9:00 AM: 85cc & 65cc
  • 10:00 AM: Open Pro Sport / A & B
  • 11:00 AM: C and Sportsman
  • 12:00 PM: Mini Classes
  • 1:00 PM: Age Classes
  • 2:00 PM: Pee Wee Bike Classes
  • 3:00 PM: Pee Wee Bike Classes
  • 4:00 PM: Bike Size Classes

💵 MERP Race Day Fees

  • Gate Fee: $15 (cash only)
  • Membership Fee: Free
  • Transponder Deposit: $100 (cash or card — refunded when returned)
  • First Class: $35
  • Second Class: $25
  • Third Class: $15

💲 Stoke Run Camping & Riding Fees

  • Moto Practice (Thurs–Sat): $30/day
  • Primitive Tent/Car Camping: $30/night (includes up to 4 people per site, $10/additional person, max 8)
  • RV/Camper Camping: $50/night (includes up to 4 people per site, $10/additional person, max 10)
  • Note: These are standard Stoke Run camping rates. If you're attending specifically for MERP and requesting free camping, ask staff at check-in for MERP-designated camping spaces.

  • Do I need a waiver? Yes, all riders must sign the Stoke Run waiver for Thurs–Sat practice. CLICK HERE TO FILL WAIVER OUT AHEAD OF TIME
  • Is this event family-friendly? 100% — classes for kids, minis, and all skill levels.
  • Can I camp overnight? Yes — camping is available at standard Stoke Run rates unless otherwise coordinated through MERP. Ask staff for designated MERP camping spaces if applicable.
  • Do spectators need to pay? Yes — $15 gate fee on Sunday (included in MERP entry for racers).
  • Do I need to pre-register? You can register on-site — cash only at this time.
  • Do I need a transponder? Yes — $100 refundable deposit via cash or card.
