Shipping policy

Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking
• We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
• Orders placed after 3pm EST may be processed the next business day

Carriers & Delivery

• We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the item and destination
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered"
• Orders over $100 may require a signature at delivery

Hawaii & Alaska

Orders shipping to HI or AK may require an additional $35 flat rate for UPS Ground. We’ll reach out if more is needed.

Local Pickup

Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and pick up your order in-person during park hours. You’ll get an email when it’s ready.
