You are 100% responsible for your own safety and decisions.

Helmets are mandatory for all motorized riders and anyone under 18.

Safety gear is strongly recommended. So is common sense.

Stay alert, ride within your skill level, and follow posted rules.

DO NOT ride or walk on features you haven’t personally inspected.

ALL VISITORS — RIDERS, SPECTATORS, EVERYONE — MUST HAVE A SIGNED WAIVER ON FILE.

If you’re under 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign it for you.

No exceptions. No waiver, no stay.
