🎟️ Tickets & Passes
All ticket and pass sales are non-refundable. Once you check out, your spot is saved — no turning back. That said, we know life happens.
If something comes up, your ticket can be transferred to another date as long as that session or event isn’t already sold out. Just reach out to us in advance and we’ll do our best to shift your stoke to a new day.
💳 Memberships
Our memberships are designed to keep you rolling all year long. Here's how it works:
- Agreement Required: A Membership Agreement Form must be signed in-store at the time of redemption.
- Under 18? A parent or guardian must sign for you — safety first.
- 3-Month Minimum: All memberships require a 3-month commitment.
- Auto-Renewal: Memberships renew automatically each month using the card on file from sign-up day.
- Cancellation Notice: We need a 10-day notice before your next billing date to cancel.
- One Last Charge: If your billing date hits before we receive your notice, you'll be billed for one final month before cancellation takes effect.
