Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully stoked on what you get from us. But if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale — no returns or exchanges
  • Custom items (e.g. mounted or gripped boards) are not eligible

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake. If that’s the case, we’ll cover all shipping costs (including your return label).

How to Start a Return

Email ride@stokerun.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through it.

Note: If you're returning shoes, please ship the shoe box inside another box — just like we sent it to you. If the shoe box is damaged, we can’t accept the return.

Order Processing & Tracking

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please double-check your email and shipping info before submitting — we can’t make changes once it’s packed and shipped.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Want to cancel? Email ride@stokerun.com immediately after ordering
  • Once you’ve received a tracking number, your order cannot be canceled or changed

Tracking

Tracking info is emailed when your order ships — usually within 1–3 business days. You can track your package using the link provided in your email.
